So when our beloved dachshund, Gatsby died suddenly in October at over 12 years old we thought maybe we’d take a break from the responsibility of dog ownership for a few years. Well, yeah, that didn’t last long.

On Sunday we brought home our new little pup, Milo!

We even got to visit him and his brother and sister 3 weeks ago. It was not so easy to go home and wait to bring him home.

But then it was finally time to bring him home and here are just a few pics from the last couple of days

We’ve even had time to stop and (eat?) the roses? 🌸

And everyone wants to come and meet him!
